Better Recent Drafts

Description

Activate the plugin and all users who can edit other users posts (editors and admins) will get a new widget on their dashboard showing all draft and pending posts, pages and any custom post types. The standard ‘Recent Drafts’ widget is disabled.

This makes no changes for subscribers, contributors and authors.

Installation

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

  1. Go to the Plugins page in the admin area, search for Better Recent Drafts and install it.
  2. Or Extract better-recent-drafts.zip in the /wp-content/plugins/ directory. This will create a subfolder called better-recent-drafts containing the plugin files.
  3. Activate the Better Recent Drafts through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

There are no options at the moment. Just activate the plugin and all users who can edit others posts (editors and admins) will get a new widget on their dashboard showing all draft and pending posts, pages and any custom post types.

I've been using this plugin since it came out some 5 years ago. Today I was looking to see if there is an update, and there isn't. But it works fine with every version of WordPress I've had on my site, currently on 5.2.2, so I'll continue using it.
