This plugin proved to be a well-hidden gem. Never heard about it, but decided to give it a try after finding it on the WP repository. Great features, easy to use, and excellent support. Never had to wait more than a couple of hours before receiving an adequate answer. In short: strongly recommended.

Our website runs many premium plugins, for which from time to time when straight out of the box do not perform as they should do, due to conflicting reasons. With this in mind, we were looking for a Popup plugin that could load a shortcode of a specific form, from another plugin. We tried many, and none that we tried, although advertised as being able to do so, did so and all failed. Firebox however did the job for us very neatly. What we were not expecting from this plugin was an analytics tool which came as a pleasant surprise. Always nice to get an idea of customers browsing behavior when on our website. Just one thing that would fine tune these analytics results. That being if it did not produce results of our own admin activity.Overall a very handy plugin that we would highly recommend.

I requested a refund last year following a technical problem with the plugin. None of the support staff have replied to date. Worse still, they kept my bank details in their database to automatically renew the subscription. However, I previously searched in my account how to delete my card on their platform, something I couldn’t find. I hope they’ll give me my money back for a plugin I don’t even use. Personally? I wouldn’t recommend this plugin after my experience with them.

Had a few issues with displaying the pop-up on posts with specific tags and the support got me straightened right out. Pop-ups look very pro and there is some real depth here. And it uses the Gutenberg builder which makes the workflow easy if your Gutenberg chops are up to speed.

I tried several other popup plugins in an attempt to satisfy a client’s requirements. Each one resulted in great frustration as I tried to wrangle the templates and the issues with mobile responsiveness. Then I tried Firebox and was completely thrilled that I could do everything I needed to do with ease. My client is happy and I’m a fan. Thank you to the developers of this plugin. It is great and I plan on upgrading to the Pro version.
