FAQ
-
How do payouts work?
-
Request payouts from your LapinoPay dashboard on your schedule. LapinoPay is built for fiat-to-crypto settlement with fast payout requests after successful payments.
-
Which currencies are supported?
-
Any currency enabled on your LapinoPay account that WooCommerce also supports (for example USD, EUR, GBP). The plugin fetches the live list from LapinoPay and matches it against your store currency.
-
Is there a minimum transaction amount?
-
Minimum and maximum amounts depend on your plan and payment method. Limits are enforced by LapinoPay when the customer pays.
-
Do I need KYC verification?
-
Yes. Merchants complete registration, document verification, and a short interview before going live. This protects merchants and customers and unlocks higher limits.
-
What payment methods are supported?
-
Cards, wallets, and regional options depending on your market and onboarding—for example Visa/Mastercard and other methods enabled for your account. See your LapinoPay dashboard for what is available to you.
-
How do refunds work?
-
Refunds are managed from your LapinoPay dashboard (and platform APIs). Policies and availability depend on the payment method and your account settings.
-
Can I use LapinoPay without WooCommerce?
-
Yes. Use payment links, the REST API, and webhooks for custom stacks. This plugin is the WooCommerce integration.
-
How secure are the transactions?
-
LapinoPay runs the payment gateway layer—security, compliance, and fraud tooling—so card data is not stored in your WordPress site.
