  • Choose and reorder Excel columns using drag and drop or accessible arrow buttons
  • Automatically remember selected statuses, columns and column order for each user and site

FAQ

Can another plugin add an export column?

Yes. Since 1.3.3, add-ons can register columns with nh2t_wooex_columns and supply raw values with nh2t_wooex_column_value. Custom values are exported as literal text. See docs/integrations.md for API version detection, access rules and a complete referral-code example. This does not add order filters or checkout fields.

Are my column and status selections remembered?

Yes. Changes are saved automatically for your account on the current site, including column order and cleared selections. No export is needed to save them. A save indicator confirms completion and offers a retry if saving fails. At least one status and one available column must be selected to export.

How are multiple products shown?

Products are numbered and separated by blank lines inside one wrapped cell. Each shows its name, quantity, unit price before discount and the discount for the whole order line. Unit prices and discounts exclude tax and come from the order item, so later product price changes or deletion do not change the export. Total discount and shipping cost exclude tax; order total is the final amount stored by WooCommerce. Amounts use the store currency precision.

Which columns are reserved for Pro?

Payment method, shipping method and customer origin. They cannot be selected or exported in the free edition. The feature access structure is ready for a future Pro add-on. Customer origin uses WooCommerce order attribution when available; orders without that data show Unknown.

Does this plugin work with the latest WooCommerce?

Yes, tested with WooCommerce 8.0 to 11.0.

Can I export orders from a specific date range?

Yes, use date picker to select start and end dates.

What order statuses are supported?

All WooCommerce order statuses are supported.

Is the plugin compatible with WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. The plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

Is customer data sent to an external server?

No. All data is processed locally on your website and is not sent to any external server.

Is the exported file stored on the hosting server?

No. The export file is generated temporarily and downloaded directly to your device. It is not permanently stored on the hosting server.

Does the plugin support the Persian (Jalali) calendar?

Yes. The plugin supports the Persian (Jalali) calendar and can export order dates in the Jalali date format.

Does the plugin modify order data?

No. The plugin only reads order data to generate the export file. It does not modify or delete any order information.
