Free Features
Page Cache
Creates and serves cached HTML pages for eligible visitors to reduce repeated PHP and WordPress processing.
Cache Settings
Control cache lifespan, URL exclusions, cookie exclusions, query-string caching behavior, and logged-in-user caching.
Minify HTML
Removes unnecessary whitespace and HTML comments from eligible generated output.
Minify CSS
Minifies eligible local external CSS files and inline style blocks. Original source files are not modified.
Combine CSS Files
Combines consecutive compatible local stylesheets into fewer requests. Protected, media-specific, cross-origin, nonce/integrity-protected, and @import stylesheets are skipped where necessary.
Safe JavaScript Defer
An optional conservative mode adds defer to eligible external scripts only when WordPress has registered them without dependencies. Core and dependency-sensitive scripts are skipped to reduce compatibility risk. Because themes and plugins can have custom runtime assumptions, test menus, forms, Elementor widgets, and checkout behavior after enabling this option. Disable it and clear cache if anything changes unexpectedly.
Remove Query Strings from Static Resources
Removes the standard ver= query parameter from front-end CSS and JavaScript URLs.
Browser Cache
Adds standard Apache cache rules for common static resources when .htaccess is writable.
Lazy Load Images
Enables WordPress lazy loading for eligible front-end images.
Lazy Load Iframes and Videos
Enables lazy loading for eligible iframe embeds and video frames.
Remove WordPress Emojis
Disables WordPress emoji detection scripts and emoji styles on the front end.
Cache Preload
Optionally warms the homepage cache automatically after the cache is cleared.
View All Pro Features
The Free plugin includes a View All Pro Features section in the WordPress admin, with features organized under clear headings. It lists advanced capabilities that are not included in Free, including advanced file optimization, media and WebP delivery, preload controls, advanced cache rules, database cleanup, and performance tuning.
The Pro feature list includes Mobile Homepage CSS Tuning (Experimental), Modern Image Delivery (WebP), and Database Cleanup. The experimental mobile CSS option should be tested carefully on each site. Database cleanup focuses on reviewing autoloaded WordPress options; a full backup and verification are recommended before deleting any option.
Documentation
Getting Started
After activating GPL Ji Fast Cache, open the plugin from the WordPress admin menu. Configure the available settings, save your changes, and clear the cache after major content or configuration changes.
Page Cache
Page Cache stores generated HTML for eligible front-end GET requests and serves cached responses until the cache expires or is cleared.
Cache Controls
Cache Lifespan controls cache validity. URL, query-string, cookie, and logged-in-user controls help prevent caching where dynamic content could serve personalized or changing content.
File Optimization
Minify HTML reduces unnecessary HTML whitespace and comments. Minify CSS optimizes eligible local CSS and inline styles without modifying original source files. Combine CSS combines compatible local stylesheets where safe. Safe JavaScript Defer optionally defers eligible external scripts with no registered dependencies. Remove Query Strings removes the standard ver= parameter from front-end CSS and JavaScript URLs.
Browser Cache
When .htaccess is writable, Browser Cache adds standard caching rules for common static resources.
Lazy Loading
Lazy Load Images and Lazy Load Iframes and Videos use WordPress-supported loading behavior for eligible front-end media.
Remove WordPress Emojis
Disables WordPress emoji detection scripts and related emoji styles on the front end.
Cache Preload
Homepage Cache Preload can warm the homepage cache after cache clearing.
Clear Cache
Use Clear Cache after major content or configuration changes when cached HTML needs to be regenerated.
