I’ve been using Samrat Emily Mail Tracker for a while now, and it’s a very useful plugin for tracking outgoing emails from WordPress.
The plugin does exactly what it promises — it logs all emails including recipient, subject, headers, and full content, which makes debugging email issues much easier.
